Have questions for us? Need clarification on our offerings? Our FAQs were designed to answer the most common inquiries. If you don’t manage to find exactly what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are here to answer all of your questions.

Q: What should I wear when I cold plunge?

A: You can wear a swimsuit or workout clothes when you plunge! You should bring loose, dry clothing to put on post-plunge. A pair of sandals might be nice too! We will provide you with a towel and a bag for your wet clothes.

​Q: How often should I cold plunge?

A: If you are new to cold plunging, we recommend starting once a week at the most. You can build your practice to include cold plunging multiple times per week from there.

Q: Where do I park?

A: You can park in the parking lot located on the south side of the Living Tree Medical Group Building.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We have a suite in the back of the Living Tree Medical Building located at: 1635 North 200 East in North Logan.

The Living Tree Medical Building is located in front of The Sports Academy & Racquet Club.

Q: Where can I enter?

A: You can enter the Living Tree Medical building and follow the hallway down to the last door on the left.

Or You can enter the door located at the back of the Living Tree Medical Building and we are the first door on the right.

Q: Do I need an appointment or can I just walk-in? 

A: An appointment is needed so we can guarantee that we have availability at a time that works for you. 

Q: How do I make an appointment?

A: You can call or text 435-799-1130 to schedule an appointment.

Or you can go to our website at: www.saltandsauna.com and use our online scheduler.

Q: Can I use the sauna or cold plunge if I am pregnant or nursing?

A: You will need to consult your physician prior to using a sauna or cold plunge due to the various risk factors that women can experience during pregnancy and while nursing.

Q: Do you take last minute appointments?

A: We do take same day and last minute appointments! We will do our best to work with your schedule!

Q: Do you take group appointments?

A: We can fit up to 4 people at a time in our sauna and we can take 2 plungers at a time. If you have a group that is larger than that we can stagger your sauna appointments every 20 minutes and plunge appointments every 10 minutes.

Q: Should I hydrate prior to my sauna appointment?

A: We recommend drinking at least 8oz. of water prior to you appointment and at least 20 oz. after your sauna session. We will provide you with an electrolyte packet that we recommend using immediately after your sauna session.

Q: If I make a group sauna appointment do we each need to pay
for the red light therapy or salt therapy add on?

A: No, each group of up to 4 will have a one time add-on cost per session for the red light therapy or salt therapy.

Q: CAN I ACCESS YOUR STUDIO AT ANY TIME?

Appointments are needed, due to our current staffing, however future possibilities exist.
